Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Soeur pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
